Is this the end of the period taboo as announced by some Insta accounts that show blood on panties without qualms? Far from it, answers our expert. On the other hand, despite the things left unsaid, the backward speeches, the preconceived ideas that persist among some, the rules have become less hassle than before. As proof, the new possibilities to protect oneself from blood, to prevent PMS, to assert a right to rest and even to cuddles in the red period… Not to mention the freedom of speech in families.
