Saka’s incredible salary

At 21, Bukayo Saka is rewarded at Arsenal with a new contract which offers him one of the highest salaries in the Premier League.

Player ofArsenal since the age of 7, Bukayo Saka, not content to be one of the best Gunners for two years (14 goals and 11 assists this season), is part of the long term in his training club. The England international winger, aged just 21, signed a new contract until 2027 on Tuesday.

Saka offers himself a rather extraordinary salary increase, going from 70,000 to 300,000 pounds per week! In euros, this gives an annual salary of around 17.9 million euros! He becomes the highest paid player in Mikel Arteta’s squad and directly enters the top 10 highest earners in the Premier League, alongside his Three Lions teammates Jadon Sancho, Raheem Sterling and Jack Grealish.

Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland, the two leaders of Manchester City, crowned champions ahead of Arsenal a few days ago, are the highest paid players in the English league, at 20 million pounds per year, or around 23 million euros.
