Reference Bilingual Nursery and Primary School Douala scores 100% at Common Entrance, FSLC, graduates first batch in pump and pageantry

The reference Bilingual Nursery and Primary School Douala in Cameroon’s Littoral region has graduated its first batch.

Pioneer graduates from the elementary institution were sent off in a colorful, pump and pageant ceremony presided at by the founder Ategha Stella, after successfully making it exceptionally in government-organized examinations.

The school scored a hundred percent on the 2022/2023 government common entrance examination and First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), the main examinations required to complete primary education in Cameroon.

Some of the pupils passed with distinction, a rare exception in Cameroon’s basic education.

Located in Bonaberi-ngwelle, Carrefour Bamboutos in Douala, the school graduated Class six Pupils who will now find a place in the secondary education sector and nursery two pupils who will equally be making a debut in Primary one including kindergarten kids fit to start nursery one.

During the graduation, MMI gathered, “pre-nursery kindergartens demonstrated mind-blowing activities in a good mastery of all the continents in the world, the ten regions of Cameroon. Added to which they very well put in writing, numbers, and alphabets.”

“Dances, drama, debate, and bilingual newscasts performed by pupils of graced the day, leaving parents and invitees marveling at their skills,” said the school administrator.

The school according to its authorities is different from others as it has a strong foundation in setting a pace for career orientation for youngsters

“Some of these pupils showcased different professions which is one of the goals of this prestigious institution in drilling pupils on the basis of career orientation in order to become job seekers and not job creators after school. Art and craft with good mastery of piano and guitar was in the limelight,” she said

The proprietress, Ategha Stella announced other curricular activities added to boost learning.

They include “various clubs formed in the school, scholarship awards to orphans, free uniforms and sportswear to pupils registering for the academic year 2023/2024.”

It is a fully Bilingual primary school from, Pre-nursery, and nursery one to class six with a pure complete Anglo-Saxon education from class one to six as well as a French education section.

The pre-nursery section admits pupils of ages one year to two years years
