After losing the first set in a tie-break (6-7), the 22-year-old had started the second set perfectly, breaking her opponent from the start (2-0). But she was stopped in her tracks by this terrible injury. “Oh my God ! Oh my God!” he shouted on the court, after twisting his ankle. “I have never felt such pain,” she also told the referee, her opponent and the doctors who came to inquire about her health.

And this physical glitch is a blow for the player, who had already seriously injured her knee at the end of 2019.
