A little before 3 p.m., a source from the executive indicated that a Council of Ministers ” immediate “ prior to 49.3 had taken place. From multiple sources, the Head of State authorized the Prime Minister to engage the responsibility of the government.
By choosing this option, the executive rules out any risk of rejection of a text that Emmanuel Macron presents as one of the most important of his second five-year term.
