European stock markets closed without a marked trend on Tuesday, prevented from surfing on their sharp rebound the day before by the rise in bond market yields. After opening sharply higher, European markets were more hesitant, ending slightly positive the day after a strong rebound in which the banking sector participated. Paris took 0.14%, Frankfurt 0.09% and London 0.17%, helped by commodities.
